Chipotle Mexican Grill 1463 Concord Parkway North, Concord, NC 28025

"Arrived at 11:30 am doors were locked. Sign said they open at 10:45 am. Another customer walked up when we did. Someone finally came and open the door. No apologies for late opening just said we are out of white rice. We still decided to eat. Unfortunately food was terrible. I got a bowl and husband got a burrito. We got salsa and queso on the side. The queso was bland and tasteless and the chips tasted like they were from last week. My husband pulled a huge piece of fat out of his burrito. Waste of $40 dollar yeah $40 dollars ridiculous. Needless to say we are gonna stick to Mo Monday!"

"Not sure what their policy on cleaning is but while we were there it looked like a pig sty with every single table dirty. Food is great. It's a Mexican style restaurant they should have Mexican labor. Might help their image. Overall not pleasant to eat there in those conditions."

"Staffing issues are Horrible. I've tried going here for lunch at least a dozen times in the last year, more than half the time the door was locked at 12 ( peak lunch time), so I had to find another place to eat. I love Chipotle, but the business owner must be wondering why sales are dropping off, probably start by unlocking the doors at lunch consistently, and not forcing you customers across the street....just a thought."

"Never again. Service lackluster. Went with family, so I couldn't immediately leave. Didn't seem short staffed but inside was dirty everywhere I looked. Food didn't agree with everyone in my household afterward. I don't know if all stores are like this one but I know I will not return to this one"

"This is probably the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. This is my second time here. The first time my rice was hard, servers were rude. I promised myself not to go back, but today I did. My chips were so full of grease that the oil was leaking to the outside of the bag. When I went to eat them, they were soft, mushy, and also full of grease. There were clumps of chips stuck together. The entire bag was a waste. Rice was also hard. The food here is far too expensive for the quality. Will not be trying a 3rd time."
