McDonald's 1805 North Harrison Avenue, Cary, NC 27513

"Spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 sodas: 10 minutes waiting to order at the speaker and 10 minutes waiting on the single car in front of us. Only 1 person working at the window moving slowly, didn't seem to know what sequence the orders were in, despite there not being more than 1-2 people ahead of us when we ordered. We asked for a receipt and he tool another 2 minutes to look and came back to say "please pull forward, we have to fix the machine" to which we decided to forgo the receipt and leave."

"Food was ok, service didn’t exist, atmosphere was ghetto rap specifically ITS GETTING HOT IN HERE by Nelly. Very inappropriate. They wouldn’t take our order and they wanted us to take it to go. Mcdonalds is turning into the trashiest fast food place."

"Ordered breakfast inside yesterday around 10am. My order took 18 minutes, I checked the guys receipt waiting after me his took 17 minutes for a B.E.C. McGriddle and hash browns. I opened up the sandwich and the bacon was raw, had to get it RE made it took total almost 25 minutes"

"Clean, fits into the surrounding building styles very well. Almost too well! Minus one star for me because I don’t think the AutoKiosk ordering system is all that great. I’m sure I could get used to it like tagging my own luggage, but I like walking up, staring dumbly at the counter person who patiently waits while I stammer out whether I want 6 or 10 (or 20!) nuggets.. honestly I had questions and I asked the kiosk my questions and got about Zero response. Flashing and asking me if I have completed my order is a response if I speak in 1’s & 0’s, but I don’t. How can they not sell nuggets before 11 am?? Put ‘em in the fry oil next to the hashies! Ok that’s all. Everyone else got their food tho so good there.."
