"I went this location today Monday 2/12 at 3:40 pm. I bought a tuna sub. The girl served me, it seemed someone put gun on her to do the work! I understand some days don't go as expected but we should try to manage it. Her face was gloomy and no interest to work at all. Putting ingredients very reluctantly, falling apart and moreover after transaction complete, she didnt even care to say Thank you! Just turned around and walk other way. I would rather go to Subway down the street, people are nicer and happy to sell their products."

"There is some sort of issue/error occurring with online ordering. Today I ordered a #2 and a Philly & both had modifications, the #2 I paid extra for extra cheese & removed onions, added pickles & banana peppers & Mayo. Got home & none of the modifications were there but also noticed the receipt taped to the bag just says the order summary not the itemization. Not sure if the detailed receipts aren’t printing or what’s going on but this has happened several times now & has officially convinced me to just make my own sandwiches at home. Also not a dealbreaker but they’re not cutting the sandwiches in half anymore so they’re impossible to eat or check until you’re home not driving. The girls working were very friendly & it’s usually a clean & kind atmosphere depending on business, so I’m thinking there’s an ongoing issue with online orders coming through or which receipt is being used. I mean either that or nobody cares, I don’t know."

"I went to this store today to get 3 #42s, 2 chickens 1 steak. No one said hello or asked if they could help me. They were working on online orders. I understand those orders were already being prepared, but at least acknowledge your customer. I'm ok waiting, but at least acknowledge me... say something. I was the only person in line for about 5 minutes (no hello or we'll be right with you, nothing). Several other customers started walking in, 8 to be exact & then they finally started moving & acknowledged me by taking my order. They were super slow, to the point one customer got really irate, which I thought was totally uncalled for. The main reason I'm writing this review is because the guy running the cash register was also helping make the sandwiches. He touched the register, cash money the SANDWICHES, never changing gloves. Very unsanitary!!"

"Terrible experience tonight! So sad that owners dont take more responsibility foe their business and hire a team that cares about their work. Went in tonight, the place was dirty, they had an employee with a broken hand who was trying to make our sandwiches with one hand, hence very messy sandwiches, that we paid $44 for. The bread was soggy, it was a terrible experience. Will never go back. Do better, send a secret shopper in and see for yourself. Pay your staff better so they take ownership of their job. Sad, because we love Jersey Mikes."

"Good subs with fresh ingredients. I’ve had the #7 turkey breast and provolone on white, and the #13 original Italian. The sandwiches were good and made to order. There was not much wait and the staff gave us pickles on the side. Overall, I was satisfied with everything until the very end when I was paying, the staff asked me to answer a question on the credit card machine. It asked if I wanted to tip. At a sit down restaurant where servers come to your table, this might be acceptable, but I just ordered at the counter and took my sandwiches to go. It was a little off-putting. In general though, good sandwiches."
