"Extremely disorganized. Only one man doing every job in the restaurant while all of the 'kids' stood around. Very long wait, orders wrong or missing items. There are others down the road which have to be better than this location."

"They don't even care. Below is a photo of the uncooked chicken they served. Beware! This isn't just bad quality it's dangerous. I put a complaint into corporate two days ago and still haven't heard back."

"Nobody ever acknowledge you being at the register nor the pick up line. Nothing ever done on time. People are more focused on leaving 2 hours before close than actually getting the food out, that including the night manager lady on Tuesday."

"I had forgotten that Bojangles chicken is delicious until I tried the food from this place recently. I last had Bojangles chicken before the pandemic and didn't have a good experience so I stayed away for a while. But for dinner I ordered a pickup order from the Bojangles app and the food did not disappoint. Be warned though that this place is better for lunch than dinner. I say that because I had ordered a 12 piece meal box and paid online through the app, but when I went to pick up the girl up front told me that they didn't have enough chicken to fill the order, because they cook small batches at night since it's so slow. I told them that I had already paid for this and I didn't know how to cancel since the app had already processed it, she said to call the app to do that. Now it was only 8pm and the store closes at 10pm, so I asked aren't you cooking any more chicken for dinner the night? Finally a senior staff / manager came and said that they can cook more chicken to complete the order. I had to wait 20 mins for my food, but she gave us a couple of free sodas while we waited. They didn't have sides we had ordered and wanted, so they gave us replacements. I appreciate the manager stepping in and helping us with our order, but it was not a pleasant experience before. I am grateful that we got our food that I had already paid for. Big lesson here is don't do online orders for this store."
