Marco's Pizza

"I typically order at the university location but this happened to be on the way home… I ordered my usual, the Large Pepperoni Magnífico … and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I even communicated to the cashier about it the lack of pepperoni’s and she was very non-chalant about it."

"Ordered 2 large pizzas. Only one came and wings I didn’t order. I explained to the driver and gave him back the wings. He said I can go back and get it or I can tell them not to charge you for it. I felt bad because I didn’t want him to go back and we already waited 45 minutes. The charged me the full price even though he said they won’t. and I don’t have the receipt to prove it because I gave it to the driver to show him the order is wrong. I have ring camera footage though so Marcos pizza if y’all want to make this right. Let me know!"

"I ordered from them at a location that’s 1 mile away from me. They left out several parts of my order and I only realized after I over tipped my delivery driver. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS LOCATION. After calling to request a re-delivery they didn’t even bother to answer the phone. Waste of my money"

"Had placed an order online got home noticed my pizza wasn’t even cut and didn’t receive the additional sauces which had been included with the order."

"This used to be such a good location. But in the past year the customer service and quality has dropped so much. We have been eating here for years. Find a different Marco’s to order from. Better yet, find a better pizza place."
