"First of all, Dunkin is expensive nowadays, also I order the same drink, the same way everyday..so I know the second I see the drink if it’s not right. The store manager that is there in the afternoon is really great! She is very friendly and takes pride in her work! Now, the assistant manager that is there in the morning is a whole different story. She isn’t friendly and also will give you drinks that she knows aren’t made right and refuses to make them correctly."

"Coffee is good, food, even the donuts, come frozen and they have to thaw them out. They do NOT cook anything there. It is just heated. So with that said, it's OK, I usually only get their original blend coffee."

"Beware!!!!!! Rude Management!!!!! What happened to customer service? This morning, I attempted to notify the cashier in the drive thru that my order was missing an item only to have the Assistant Manager come over to tell me I was a liar and I never ordered my item. Problem is I did! My husband heard the whole conversation, as I had him on the car phone during pick up. First problem was she came to the window with a horrible attitude! After calling me a liar and arguing with me, I asked to eliminate confusion if I could order the missing item and not go back and forth about what I did or didn't order. I was then told in order to get my item, I was going to have to wait in line, probably another 20 minutes, and there was absolutely nothing she could do, while walking away murmuring, just pay for your order, which I already had. I have been a Manager in customer service for 30 years and have NEVER treated anyone with such disrespect EVER! I also know the importance of reviews. I even remained kind after her total disrespect and nastyness! Something needs to be done at this location. After spending $35 this morning, I will NEVER return and DO NOT recommend!"

"I loved this location last year but it's been going down hill. If mobile ordering, probably just park across at food lion and walk in to pick up. I get stuck in drive thru often. Went a few days ago and slowed down drive thru because they couldn't find my mobile order for a matcha latte. When found, it was iced coffee with my matcha sticker. They had to remake and this took close to 10 mins. Went again just now hoping last time was just an off day for staff but the hashbrowns tasted very off and my frozen matcha had A BUNCH of burnt coffee bean pieces at the bottom. (See photos) How does this even happen? I used to love this place :("

"I went to this location just to order a large hot coffee. I waited over 10 minutes for my coffee and then when I get home I find a cup full of coffee grinds.... This is ridiculous!!!!!"
