"We went at normal dinner time, about 6PM. Was a short wait to get a table, even though there was plenty of tables available. The hostess said there just wasn’t enough waitresses to be able to seat tables. After about 15 min got a table…no big deal. Sat for about 10 min and never got greeted—mind you there was several waitresses who walked right past us. We went back to the hostess and asked to have a waitress come and greet us and she said the waitress would be right over. About 10 minutes later our party got up and started walking out and the hostess asked if we had not been waited on. We informed her we had not and were leaving and she said “I’ll just be your waitress then”. It was too late at that point, we went to one of the many other restaurants nearby and ate there instead"

"This was my last time coming to this establishment. I use to love coming here but this is the second time I have had my order be completely cold! Fries and boneless wings were literally room temperature as if it’s been waiting for someone to claim it. Then waited an additional 45 minutes to have them recook it! I was so mad as I am pregnant and was literally Craving for what I ordered only to have it to go as take out and get home to MUSHY & UNCOOKED BONELESS WINGS! Management need to clean house when it comes to that back kitchen staff before this place lose more loyal customers!"

"*Disclaimer- My review is not a reflection of this store location.. Concord Hooters has amazing staff and service… Umm.. what is this honey... I was shock, honey, I was in tears almost... These wings are giving white refrigerator!?!! Now, who done killed a bunch of baby chicks for my order???? I remember when Hooter's wings were a whole chicken wing.. you know the drumette, flat, and wing tip... What happen to the wing tips?!??? These wings are giving American Deli... I think I just had my last experience with Hooter's. I can go to Publix, get a bigger wing and flip it in sauce myself. (defeated and fed up) :("

"Ever since I moved to North Carolina in 2015, I always go by this store when I either drive home to Durham or go visit my Parents in South Carolina. I sometimes like to stop at this store on the way. Recently a couple of old pictures popped up of this store. I met a couple of waitresses a few years ago. I was surprised the other day to find out that they still work there, but unfortunately I missed seeing them when I arrived. They left the store for the day shortly before I arrived. I hope to meet them again sometime the next time I come in when I'm in the Area! It would be a fun Reunion! My current Waitress Shymari made sure to make my recent visit fun! Even surprised me with an early Birthday Surprise when she heard it was coming up soon! Thanks Again for a little Reunion!"

"My experience at Hooters was pretty good. The bathrooms were clean the restaurant was clean and the service was very good. I was their to watch many football games they have on their many TVs. I was surprised that they had several TVs with other programs on. It's football Sunday, give the people what they want to watch."
