"1-3-2024 - went in for dinner with my two children and was seated and then served by Samuel. By far the nicest and most attentive server/bartender I’ve had. Long time fan of RT’s and had a great experience. Endless salad bar and croutons are special!"

"Nov 18, 2023. Ordered takeout - salmon salad and kalamari. Service was severely lacking and Kalamari was inedible. Would strongly advise against eating here. Edit: I responded to a request from RT to provide my contact information. Never heard from them."

"We stopped into this Ruby Tuesday’s while traveling, because the locations in our area have all closed unfortunately and we miss it. My wife and I always love the salad bar and we were not disappointed. My son, who normally eats a bite or two of a large cheeseburger, devoured it in 2 minutes. And, even though it was Thanksgiving, our server Shay, was very friendly and attentive. If we lived in Concord, NC, I’m sure we would visit more often. If you are in the area and looking for a salad bar with lots of choices and friendly staff, this is the one."

"Customer Service was amazing, from the bar staff and the cooks we all nice and welcoming. The food was delicious, i ordered the grill shrimp and they presented it like i was back in Vegas. The staff felt like family i will be back soon with my friends."
