"I come here all the time but yesterday was a terrible experience and I won’t be back. Not 1 but 2 strands of hair was found in my salad. After driving 20 mins to my destination I called the store to let them know and they were rude and nonchalant about the incident. I called the Huntersville location to reach the area manager and she told me to come there to get a free meal. After 20 mins there, she I ordered the salad, a drink, and an egg roll. She directed me to pay for all the items but not the salad. I shared how I wanted to be complimented for this inconvenience and gas but she continued to order me to pay. I was very disappointed in this customer service. Zaxbys, count your days! There are fast food places that value customers."
