"We ordered a vijayawada boneless chicken biryani from biryani pot for takeout. Upon opening it, we discovered only biryani with fewer than seven small chicken pieces. The experience was disappointing, as the dish lacked taste. We hope this doesn't happen to other customers in the future."

"The food is really good. It took a while to order more drinks or get more napkins, though. The waiter just never came back to the table. Though they weren't busy, we had to flag him down to get him to come back. But, the naan is delicious and so is the paneer."

"Me and my wife went there late last week, the restaurant was full so had to wait 5 minute for table. After being seated. Staff didn’t give us enough time to look at the menu so we ordered what we liked long time ago in this restaurant. Which was chicken biryani. And tikka masala with chicken. we ordered medium. Tikka masala was too sweet to eat. I am glad we didn’t say high spicy, otherwise I’d have expected much much more sugar in it. I just decided to eat the chicken in it, but Guess what? There was 4 pieces of chicken in it. And 15 Bell peppers and onions. I was shocked by the way they messed up the tikka masala. next is biryani. Your biryani used to be one of the best in Charlotte, talking about year ago. But now, I don’t know if the owner is changed or chef is just reckless, it had 0 flavor in the rice. Chicken was very flavorful, but they gave us white rice with color, no salt no flavor. I don’t think I am up for trying anything else in this place ever again."

"I don’t have any complaints. The service was great, very attentive staff, and polite. They seemed to actually care that we enjoyed our food and experience. We started with an appetizer, I forgot what it’s called but it’s a spicy paneer dish with onion and peppers and other garnishes. That blew my mind I’m like wow this is better than tofu, I could go for this as a meat substitute. We then had the chicken biryani, and that was delicious. We also had the lamb vindaloo with garlic naan, and I was highly impressed. It was my first time trying that (I usually get something typical like tikka masala) but I was happy with my choice. It had a nice spice to it, even though I got mild, so I’m looking forward to trying spicy next time. We ordered drinks, and those did not disappoint either. Moscow mules had great flavor and presentation. We even tried a desert, forgot what it’s called, but it was these white balls in some sweet sauce, it was a pistachio-y coconut-y flavor. The first time they brought it out it was too sweet, so when they came and asked us if we liked it, we honestly said no, but they brought out another, and it was actually better (less sweet), so I ate that no problem. The atmosphere was nice. It had cool colorful decorations and lighting on the ceiling. Wasn’t too bright, or too dark. Bollywood music videos playing on a big screen that kept us even more entertained. I remember looking up wanting more napkins and as soon as I looked up, I caught eye contact with a staff member who was scanning the room, ready to help whomever may need the help, so that just shows they were paying attention. It’s obviously not the largest, fanciest place, but I had my little booth by the door and I was pretty cozy."
