"Overall the atmosphere is very well however food was not good at all. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, it was fried just enough to eat it was done, and it came with cold under the heat fries. My boyfriend ordered the wings which were not even buffalo nor properly fried. Best thing on the Menu was pretzel with beer cheese, only the beer cheese was very sub par. Had the Hillary Swank and a Margarita both were not even covered the option of sugar or salt they were casually sat in front of us. I experienced really good customer service from the blonde girl who seemed very kind but was too occupied on other customers that she really didn’t engage much with the us. $110 for the entire order not even worth $75"
"Everything we ordered was really good! Portions were big and fair priced. Atmosphere was laid back and good. I would have given five stars but we did get a water with a hair in it so that kind of threw us off. Staff was friendly and did a great job!"
"If I’m being honest the only reason this place gets two stars was because of Emma and her amazing service. Upon entering, we were seated in the bar area at a high top table for 2. I know it was college football night but my friend and I just wanted to catch up over drinks. I asked if we could switch to the other room where it was quieter and we could have a convo without screaming to each other. At first we were declined and was told it would be a while even though there was a 4 table area available. I said we could wait but then the manager stepped in and offered to seat us at the vacant table. What threw me for a loop however was after being sat, he asked for a card to be put on file and kept it. I didn’t think anything of it until I saw other patrons dining and handing their servers their card upon receiving their bill. It bothered me at first but I let it go. What really bothered me however was the wait time. We received our appetizer in a timely manner but then when it came to the entrees that was a different story. Not over exaggerating but it took literally an hour before our meals came. Emma continued to come back and apologize while checking on us which was sweet. But our app came out at 8:48pm and at 9:49 we just now are getting our entrees. It took everything in me not to say just cancel the whole order and leave because that’s absurd. To top it off, the salad was missing wontons and was brought out dry without salad dressing. Then my burger literally came out cold without the bbq sauce and cheese that wasn’t even melted because the burger was so cold. At this point I was so upset I told Emma thanks for the service but if we could just have a to-go box and I’ll just cook it when I get home because it would have been another hr if I asked them to remake it. Literally a waste of money."
"The Dilworth Grille is a solid place to grab lunch or dinner and is a great spot to watch sports on the weekends. These are my thoughts on them after about 4 years of stopping by here. Currently, it is the Steelers bar in Charlotte- which replaced Fitzgerald's after it closed due to the pandemic. For fellow Steelers fans, head downstairs during a game day to find where all the yinzers are at. With regard to food, everything I've had is reliable and what you'd expect for a meal at a sports bar/grille. A lot of people mention the wings which are good, but my go-to (which in my opinion is above the mark) is the build your own salad. It's delicious, a great bang for your buck ($10.45 starting), they don't limit you on toppings, most of the toppings are free, and they don't skimp you on portions when you order a lot of stuff (and for that I love them). One of the few places I'll think to pick up food because the portions for prices are worth it. Stop by here for a bite or beer, especially during sporting events."
"We was greeted and said when I entered. The staff is very friendly and polite. It was crowded. I think it was the lunch. I will rush but I still receive my food and a decent amount of time. I have the club wrap with sweet potato fries and that Caesar salad was good as well."
