"Buffalo style pizza is amazing. Crust isn’t too thick or too thin; good texture and taste. Sauce was plentiful as were the toppings."

"Overall decent experience. The NY style cheese pizza was less than expected. There were too many large bubbles and too little cheese. The kids wanted to try it so we tried it. The sauce flavor was tangy and pleasantly flavorful, though. It's just not something we'd go out of our way to buy again. The fact the prices on the menu change also puts a weird taste to the experience. They said I could check the QR code on the menu and it would show the latest prices as the prices change all the time. The online menu said the cheese pizza was a little over $17, but when the person at the till rang it up, it was a little under $22 and I'm pretty sure theres only a 2% tax. Something was off. Either the webpage was incorrect, the till was incorrect, or a combination. I confirmed the price that was dtated before I paid, but didn't want to argue over it."

"Bisonte opened their third location off Ardrey Kell. After a few visits it’s clear it maintains the same standards as the other locations in Uptown and Matthews. The Buffalo-Style thicker crust pizza comes out super hot. It’s more filling than a thin crust pizza so a large will likely yield leftovers. The wings are standard Buffalo style. Fried crisp with an array of sauces, the spicy Buffalo is my favorite. Parking is easy in the shopping center lot. Service is quick and friendly and the wait is t too bad. There’s outside seating for non-humid warmer days."

"Your wings are real deal buffalo wings, crispy, hot, medium or mild, haven't had wings like this in awhile. One complaint you guys are from Buffalo their is no such thing as boneless wings!!!"

"So being from Long Island NY it can be difficult to find a pizza place that has flavor and style you are accustomed to. That being said I met a young lady named Sarah on Wednesday who works at the newest location of Bisonte in Ballantyne who intrigued me enough to want to come back and give their Buffalo Style Pizza a try. I am a NY style pizza girl all the way (which they do have) but, she convinced me to give the Buffalo a try and being a woman of my word I did today. Well as you see in the pic I have a Buffalo chicken Buffalo Style and a Cheese Buffalo Style pizza. They were both very good. Flavorful and Fresh down to the crust! Next time I would ask for more sauce on the cheese pizza because, it has a nice flavor and Buffalo style crust is thicker than NY style. Now when I want good tasting pizza that has flavor that other places lack I have no problem going for the Buffalo Style at Bisonte. Now I have to try their NY Style. Thanks Miss Sarah."
