Pizza Hut,

"First, we got the pizza after I had called and saying we been waiting extra 30 mins, they said it had just left and wouldn’t be cold, pizza got here was cold and not cooked all way. Wings had sauce on 3 of them and rest was bone dry, called again and was told they would replace it, after saying they would, get a phone call few mins later and didn’t have any more cheese sticks so had to fix another type of substitute, well that’s all good then pizza gets here after the second hour of ordering and we got two cheese pizza not what we ordered at all. Did give extra wings but one “fix” doesn’t make up for 50$ worth of mistakes. 3 hours of waiting for trash pizza again."

"Worst customer service I ever had. They were standing and talking about 20 minutes before taking my order. The pizza was extremely dry and barely put cheese on it. There were three other customers standing with me and waiting. Bad employees almost 7 of them. Terrible place to visit. Try it yourself, call them and you will see. they answer and hangup on you. I don't think this place is healthy too. I saw employee without hair cover and her clothes covered with dog or cat hair all over, it might be her hair. The store has no vents it's stuffed."

"Ordered pizzas breadsticks and 3 drinks. Pizza was delivered but without drinks. I called and they said I could pick up drinks, I told them my car was totaled and I had no way to pick up. They said my refund will be back in my account within 10 days. I waited for my refund and after not receiving I was able to visit the store with receipt and bank statement. They said it will be refunded. Still no refund. Will not visit this Pizza Hut again"

"I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for delivery. I ordered a 2 liter Pepsi and a large pan with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, and onions. I also ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and extra sausage. After placing my order, I received a call from the store saying that the delivery would be delayed by at least an hour. I changed my ordered to pick up. I waited about 15 minutes before travelling to the location on Jon J Delaney Dr. When I got there, I was told that they were sold out of large pans. I was offered 2 medium pans. I accepted and waited another 15-20 mintues. I requested that my order be altered because I paid $62.39 for a order that included a tip and delivery fee. It was now a pick up order. When I returned to the store to pick up my order, I wasn't offered any alternatives to what I paid. In addition to overpaying for a pick up order, my order was wrong. I am attaching a picture of what I received. The 2 pan pizzas were made with beef and ham. I wanted pepperoni and sausage. I didn't have the time to go back in the store to as for it to be corrected."
