"1st time going and really enjoyed it. Will be returning this weekend. Had the beef ribs and the chicken wings. Fall off the bone is all I can say. Everything I had was really good and had a chance to meet the chef. Solid brother and very good food. If you haven't been out there you're missing out."

"My Fiance and I were just here last weekend and spent $62 on GARBAGE! Maybe because “the premier chef” himself wasn’t there but everything on my plate was COLD, bland, and undercooked! Our Turkey leg and wings was COLD and didn’t get the sauce on the side like we asked for, my order of smoked wings were so soggy and undercooked I had to toss them out, the Mac n cheese was so bland (literally noodles and cheese, not even salt and pepper smh) I didn’t take more than one bite. same with the potato salad. The yams were clearly the mushy ones from the can, and the baked beans were only good because they were BUSH’S canned beans!! What’s worse is the side size proportions are not worth the $ you spend. They give one small scoop of a side to go with a pounds worth of meat, makes no sense! So disappointed as I’ve been wanting to try this food for months! Will definitely NOT be back! Yall need to stop over charging folks for this trash! This is a black business I’ll never support again. Sorry, not sorry."

"I found The Premier Chef through a viral Instagram reel. The food is awesome! It falls off the bone, and the sauces they have are all delicious. I highly recommend the salmon, shrimp, and the ribs. The only downside is that the wait can take a while. I was in line for just over an hour before I got my food. Once they're out of an item, that's it. It's popular and worth it, though, so if you want to check it out, show up early. While you wait, they have music playing and other vendors you can check out too, so it's not a bad time."

"We ordered a turkey leg plate with mac n collards and a brisket plate with green beans, mac and chicken wings and each plate came with a roll. This came to $60 before the tip. The meats were tender and delicious, the collards were salty AF and the green beans were sweet. I initially thought they got my side wrong when I saw the mac n cheese because it looked like a cold pasta salad. The mac looked and tasted undercooked, but was an easy fix once I got home and put it in the oven. Would go back for meats only"

"Lots of hype behind The Premier Chef after going viral on Instagram and TikTock! Premier Chef is very pricey $25 for beef rib plate with two sides and $23 for brisket with two sides. The sides Mac Cheese and Green beans were awful. Beef Ribs and Brisket fell off the bone. The orange sauce on the chicken and beef ribs made the food taste much better."
