"The Miss Moffitt roll was likely the best sushi roll I’ve had in Charlotte. It was a perfect blend of sweet sauce, the slightest hint of spicy from the tuna, and the avocado just blended it all together. I also ordered the All American Burgooshi Roll, which is a solid staple for the concept of this restaurant. I’ve had several burgers over the years and none have fallen short of spectacular. This truly is one of the best restaurants in the city."

"The food was fantastic. I was a bit unsure if I would like the food based on the concept, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sushi tasted nice and fresh. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and the bacon had a nice crisp. The Thai cucumbers are arguably the best side dish they offer. The bacon slaw is really good. You can taste the bacon, and it's not overally wet like other slaws I've had. Overall, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this place. I haven't tasted everything they have to offer, but it seems like the kind of place where you can't go wrong... it's all delicious."

"We have visited many times over the years and Cowfish is worth it. We usually order a burger with sweet potato fries and a bento box. Service is usually good and food is usually good. Sometimes when they get really busy the food and service can be a bit lacking, but overall Cowfish is great."

"They weren't kidding when they said long wait times. We tried making reservations online and the system wouldn't let us. We ended up sitting at the bar but WOW can I just say those were some of the most uncomfortable seats ever! I literally had to climb into my seat and jump to get down I know I'm short but I've never had this issue anywhere else when sitting at a bar. Our server was super nice and attentive even though it was slammed packed busy. We got crab Rangoon dip and the tuna nachos for appetizers. The crab Rangoon was more cream cheese than crab would not recommend for the price I felt like I got jipped. The tuna tacos were pretty good but felt like they needed a different sauce. All the sushi we got was delicious. Overall great place if you can get an actual table. Maybe stick to just the sushi though because the appetizers were not worth it."
