Yiding Hot Pot

"The hot pot, food bar, and overall selection of food is great, though the wait time is a bit long for the hot pot dishes. While you get the broth(s) brought out by the server, the other items from the menu is brought over by the robot waiters (1 named Wall-E and the other named Eve). The robot waiters know what table to delivery to because the restaurant is mapped out in their system. The robots add a cuteness to the restaurant. Same goes for the crab in the tip jar. Also, if there is a lot of items, there is not enough table space. I do like that there's a swivel shelving connected to the table for the napkins. If you have a birthday, the staff has the robot bring you a slice of crepe cake while playing a happy birthday song."

"I visited Yiding on a Saturday for their AYCE Hot Pot. I liked having my own hot put. My sister ordered the House Bone Broth, and I had the Spicy Hot. Both were flavorful. I liked that the food was fresh at this location. I've been to other spots that brought out everything super frozen to the point there was frost on it. I would love to see clams as an option! I'm not a red meat eater so I stick with veggies and seafood. The dim sum option in the AYCE needs some work, but ultimately I came for the hot pot. The robots bring you your food which was different! I would recommend trying Yiding if you're in the mood for hot pot!"

"First time trying out this new hot pot place that is really close to my house. It is now in an all you can eat style for one price so it makes it way easier than having to pay per item that you want. They also have a Buffet area with some appetizers, fruit, and other dishes that you can enjoy as well. The buffet food was average and more Americanized then I would have preferred. The different soup bases we got were really good and the perfect level of spice. All the meat, veggies and other foods to put into the hot pot broth were of good quality and I have no complaints. Service was good."
