LongHorn Steakhouse

"We are frequent visitors to Longhorn and have not had any issues with any Longhorn previously. However, last week, my son ordered a steak from this Longhorn. He was charged twice for the steak. The double billing was not disclosed upfront by Longhorn when he picked the steak up curbside. When he got home, we noticed that there were two pending charges from Longhorn. My son immediately called Longhorn and talked to the manager about the double billing. The manager stated the cashier was new and did not know how to enter the tip so they ran the charge twice to correct the tip issue. He stated that one charge would eventually drop off - - It has not. Both charges have hit the debit card and there is no credit pending. We have not been able to get it resolved with this Longhorn after multiple calls and visits. The manager at this Longhorn is very rude and unhelpful and just keeps telling us to wait another 7-10 days and one of the charges will drop off. The debit card company states there is no pending credit on the card to drop off. Do not do business with this Longhorn!"

"They have beef cooked to perfection. Excellent flavor. The waitress was very polite, always smiling, but confounded our order. Prices are reasonable. It is a good place. We will keep returning to that good restaurant."

"Excellent service. I went with a friend for my birthday on a Thursday night. The ambiance was not a problem. Our server was kind and courteous. She brought Bread and butter at no charge. The food was on point. I was surprised by the tenderness of my NY Strip steak. I definitely would come back!"

"Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday while we were out running errands. The service was slow, dismissive and lacking. Almost walked out after 10 minutes without seeing the server to take drink orders. The prices were very high on the lunch menu. The food took forever to come out. 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich, 2 teas and a Mr. Pibb came out to $43. Crazy. The burgers were undercooked -ordered well done. The chicken was overcooked, black in some parts. The chicken was super salty, the rice was gummy, the fries were cold and soft. This place was just horrible. The bathrooms had no paper towels and the trash was overflowing. For being 1 hour after opening- that is ridiculous. We will never come back to this location."
