Thai House - Tower Place

"Good restaurant to have thai for once in a life. Wouldn’t call it the best one. But good atmosphere, good combinations. We had chicken dumplings, drunken noodles (pad kee mow) , spring rolls , garlic shrimp scallops."

"Tonight after years of wanting to try this place me and my boyfriend decided to have our date night here. The wait wasn’t that long but they were busy. (To me that’s a good sign the food is good). Once we were seated the drinks came quick. The Jasmine ice tea was different but a good different. My boyfriend and myself ordered two Thailand beers we’ve never had before. We got the knock out rolls as an appetizer… the plum sauce was good but the wrap just wasn’t “it” for us… I didn’t get a picture cause the boyfriend just dug in. I got the Nam Prig Paow which was DELICIOUS… and my boyfriend got the pad Thai - equally as delicious. We recommend level 4/5 spicy. The atmosphere was great with all the hand carved wood everywhere and twinkle lights hanging above you. The service was meh… our first waitress disappeared and the person who brought out our food it felt like she basically just threw the plates on the table. The second waitress though….. she was fantastic!! It was busy though so all is well. We will be back.. worth all 5 stars."

"Really nice restaurant! This is my go to for Thai food in Charlotte. The service is always very nice, the wait staff is attentive and very friendly. As soon as you ask for anything it's there! The spring rolls and soup came 20 seconds after we placed our order. They're that fast. We had a mix up with the wrong noodles coming out but the server instantly fixed this for us and the food came out asap! Like only 5 mins. The food was delicious, plenty of noodles and lots of meat in the beef pad Thai. It also had a great amount of spice to it. I ordered a 5 out of 6 for heat and my wife ordered a 6. Both were at a level where we were at the end of our comfort level, right where we wanted to be for heat. The bathroom was also very clean, and you could tell, well maintained. I would look to Thai House for they're great atmosphere, great lunch special quick service and delicious food."

"Thai House-Tower Place in Charlotte was amazing. We visited here for lunch on a Wednesday and we were seated promptly. We got the fried rice, vegetarian spring rolls and pad Thai noodles with chicken. There are 4 spring rolls served in one plate—the vegetables mixture in them is balanced. The fried rice was perfect, as was the pad Thai noodles with a generous amount of both the noodles and the chicken. The pad Thai quantity was more than enough for 1 person. They also serve 2 spring rolls and a vegetarian soup (with tofu and rice) as complimentary dishes, which we thought was a nice touch. The insides of the restaurant evoke a solemn atmosphere, and the staff is polite and tries their best to accommodate all the requests. Their menu is quite extensive replete with Thai cuisine meals. They also have an extensive drinks(both alcoholic and nonalcoholic) menu. They’ve ample parking available outside. I’ll be back here to try more of their dishes. Look no further than Thai House if you’re looking for a great Thai restaurant in Charlotte."
