"I walked in looking for jeans or jeggings. The associate started looking then left me. I had to go to another set of jeans and finally found my size. Went to dressing room. No one came to let me in like they do at the mall. I waited and finally just let myself in. I came out was looking at jewelry. They ignored me. So I finally walked towards the door and they said have a good night. Not good customer service in my opinion."

"I have never been more disappointed in the customer service provided at this location than I have today shopping at the Afton ridge Maurices store. I have been shopping this brand (not just this location) for 10 years or so now and the employees always go above and beyond providing wonderful customer service. When I first walked in the store I asked one of two young ladies at the door (who didn't even greet me) about looking up a receipt and she quickly brushed me off and said she will help you and pointed at the associate ringing up a customer. That was fine. I waited in line to pick up my order and to return a shirt. After those transactions, I proceeded to shop. Had my hands full as I walked past the same young lady from the front and asked her if she could get me a room (as my arm were getting full of online purchase and things I have been picking up in the store and I wanted to continue shopping) she said again, she can help you, pointing to the other young lady... Mind you, we were BY THE FITTING ROOM.. Hannah was this young ladies name and she really needs to consider the sales of her store and the poor customer service... I laid my items down.. ill spend my money in another location.! Corporate will be next on my list of sharing this complaint... Never in all of my years have I has someone look at me and never offer to get me a fitting room.. Lazy and loss of profit dollars from me."
