"I embarrassed my self today by having “Karen moment” at this Burger King when they got my order wrong. It happens, I overreacted because I’d already had a bad day but the manager here not only fixed the mistake but helped turned my day around. I wish I’d gotten her name. Her kind soul deserves a raise."

"I take my son on dates. We went inside. My son is learning etiquette with eating out. Kim, the GM, waited on us. My son handed her the coupon. She graciously put my sons name on the order. She asked me how to spell his name properly. What a lovely experience we had this evening. Kim is such a wonderful lady. Her staff was professional. And quick. I appreciated the small talk while we waited. I think I'll go inside from now on. Just for the great atmosphere inside. Thanks, Kim. I had one happy kid this evening. I really appreciate your hospitality and professionalism."

"They only get things right about half the time. This time I ordered 2 burger with no onions on either. Guess what they both had. The burgers were old tasting like they had been seeing for awhile. Not something you can do with lettuce and tomatoes on them. All mushy."

"I used to love this location because the service was quick and friendly. However, the location went downhill quickly these past months. The doors are locked during the daytime with no one manning the drive-thru speaker at times, and the wait times have been ridiculous. Because I used to like this location and it's a convenient location for us, I was hoping things would improve, but they keep getting worse, and this evening's experience was the last straw. My husband went to get just a vanilla iced coffee for me. He said when he got there, a male employee told him he'd be with him in a minute. My husband sat there for about 15 minutes until someone finally helped him. He ordered a VANILLA iced coffee and waited several more minutes before they gave him a MOCHA iced coffee that was only a little over half full. My husband was so fed up that he didn't say anything about it because he felt like the employee didn't care, and he didn't want to wait any longer. I hate to say it, but I will not be returning to that location. I hope the owner takes the reviews of this place seriously and makes some changes soon because I've read many similar reviews to mine, unfortunately."

"If I could put a zero as a review I would. After working most of the day and stopping here to get my family something to eat for dinner. I get home to see this. These are not whopper jr's. What kind of slop is this. I'm not giving my family this to eat that's a hospital visit just waiting to happen. First and last time going to a burger king. Period. Burger king have it your way in hospital with food poisoning."
