"What a stellar experience! When I pulled through the drive through I was greeted promptly by a very respectful and delightful young lady. She upsold me on the pies that at the time I'm writing this turned out to be amazing BTW, but this lady turned out to be the general manager and she was an Angel. The outside of the store was so clean the general manager made sure the food was fresh I've never tasted hardees so good! I could talk forever about how amazing this experience was, very engaging and the team were all respectful and friendly. New favorite spot!!!!"

"I have stopped at this restaurant the past 2 morning for breakfast and have been told that the biscuits will be ready in 8-10 minutes if I wanted to wait. Why would you advertise the drive-thru is open at 6 am and you don't have any biscuits at 6:05 am? There was no one in line when I pulled up. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes and blew the horn and no one responded, so I pulled to the window. No one had on a headphone, that's why the 2 workers didn't respond. When the young lady came to the window she said it will be 8-10 min before anything is ready. I took out my phone to get a picture of the store info and the other lady take as many pictures as you won't, but we still won't have your food any faster. THIS IS THE WORST HARDEE'S EVER!!! I guess I will have to take my business and money elsewhere. The employees should be informed if you open at 6:00 the biscuits should be ready by 5:55 and not 6:15. Now I understand why the Dunkin Doughnuts next door and the QuikTime get all the morning business. I had to give 1 star to post this but other wise: This restaurant gets ZERO stars for NO SERVICE given or attempted and for NO FOOD received!!"

"Upon arriving after a long drive, I stopped at Hardee’s in Fort Mill on Gold Hill Rd. I was greeted by the employees. Very polite and great customer service. As I placed my order, I was greeted by a young lady who happens to be the general manager. She was patience and very kind as my senior citizen father took his time placing his order. Upon receiving fresh yet hot food, we were entertained by great conversation and service. If you have a chance please stop by Hardee’s. I would love to get in touch with corporate to praise their fine workers."

"Thursday April 20, 2023 was in town and visited for dinner. The young man taking my order at the drive thru I could not even understand. He didn’t offer a different size just told me pull to the window. The girl at the window was rude. I order extra pickles, I got NO pickles. I requested extra ketchup she snobelly said I push ketchup up in there. My fries were half full and mostly dumped in the bag. Very poor service."
