"I spoke with Sam over the phone about getting new tires and wheels from him. He quoted me $300 over the phone. Which was a great price! Once I got there, he told me $350. I politely reminded him that he told me $300 over the phone and he admitted to not remembering what he told me but wouldn’t honor the original $300 quote. I didn’t have a problem with the $350 price Bc that is still a great price but it’s the principle. He should’ve honored what he quoted me, especially Bc he forgot. I would recommend sending written quotes to future customers to prevent this from happening again."
