"We went to the location on JW Clay Blvd and had nothing but issues from the location. We went in to purchase two window ac/heater combos for our business and also a new mattress for our home. First the salesman Von sold my wife two ac units instead of the combo and then put one number wrong for the correct mattress we requested. We didn’t check till we got all the way back home and then realized our entire order was wrong. We called and they said to come back and they would help. When we arrived the assistant manager said we were wrong and that was the ones we wanted and that she would exchange them but couldn’t exchange the bed. We are now on our second week still without the correct mattress and we keep getting the run around from corporate. We are very unhappy and will be canceling our entire order."

I didn't catch the manager's name but was also very helpful. Got an excellent deal on fridge and stove, will be back to shop again!"
