"The cashier was great had a great personality the greeter was great but the young lady that was on the grill had a terrible attitude and all I asked for was to make sure my sandwich had no jalapeños she should work on her customer service representative skills hope she has better days ."

"First let me start off my saying; my husband absolutely loves Jersey Mike’s Subs. We’ve frequently visit the one in Lake Wylie often, since moving here! Tonight’s experience, service and quality was below subpar! We ordered two hot subs and without asking if we wanted condiments (lettuce, cheese, pickles, etc) our subs were wrapped, bagged and handed to us! When I told the “ manager on duty, who refused to give his name” we wanted condiments (he immediately became combative and argumentative, stating in the future I need to ask before the subs were prepared on the grill). Not only did he or the young lady who rolled her eyes at me, refused to correct or remake our subs; he also stated he would not give me his name or the store manager name! Customer service matters! When employees don’t care about the products being sold or the people they serve, it’s a reflection of poor management and lack of people skills! Do better!!!!"

"First time ordering from here. I was seriously impressed with this sandwich. Plenty of meat and toppings, bread was soft and chewable, a pleasure to eat. I will visit here more often."
