"This location sucks. They do not honor thier store hours. They are always closing early due to being short staff or computers being down. Do not order online from this location late night. If you do make sure you call your order in instead of placing it online or they just may be closed when you arrive"

"I recently left a review about what I considered to be a negative experience at this location. Since then, the District Manager (Sean Mangan) has gone above & beyond to make amends. He has applied credits & food to my account (via phone #) with the store. As I've let him know it was never about that, just a little courtesy to a paying customer. Nevertheless, he apparently is on top of what is happening in his district, and to me that says alot!"

"Ok, I've ordered from this location several times, and never really had an issue. I just received my order that should have consisted of 2 medium pizza's, 1 large pizza, 2 double order of bread sticks and wings. The 2 double order of bread sticks were missing. I contacted the store and was told that the driver stated that he gave me everything. I informed him that it was all on my Ring camera. I was put on hold and then told that I could have a $20 credit after I had just been accused of lying. I asked for a manager he said he was the manager (of course). He then offered 2 send out the rest of my paid for order. After what just happened with him and his driver why would I eat that. Needless to say, I'm done with Lake Wylie pizza hut. Just acknowledge your mistake, apologize and move on, but to insult a paying customer is unacceptable!! Thanks Ring Doorbell camera!!"

"This Pizza is so bad. This is the second time we have tried to eat here and again stale chewy barely warm Pizza that taste like its from yesterday. The thin crust is literally like cardboard you can have trouble to even chew it. We have much better pizza with premade from Grocery store and cook our self. This will most likely be our last time as the price of pizza has gotten out of hand considering what you get."

"We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 orders of wings, and breadsticks for friends and family tonight and were ready to enjoy the night and meal, Needless to say we all started eating our food, except the host...she sat down eat and took a bite of a breadstick and felt a unfamiliar texture in her mouth...After some investigation she realized that there was multiple hairs attached to the breadstick....she had just taken a bite of!!! Immediately we got our receipt and called the local store, to inform them of what happened and only was greeted with rude attitude, complete ignorance and disrespect, not an ounce of customer service from their so called “manager” named Zach Ice, If that’s even his real name, rather than try to eradicate the situation he argued and offered no help! Do not eat at this establishment and less you want furry food! We are contacting corporate in the morning!!!"
