"I have had the ABSOLUTE worst experiences with This Chain in the Lake Wylie/ York County area....As a whole. On this particular episode, I ordered online and attempted to call the store to request a 30min delay in preparation (because the site only offered hourly intervals) Only to be left on hold and automatically disconnected 3 times. I made it to pickup My order only to arrive at a dark and locked store. I saw an Employee and tapped to get his attention and he ignored Me...So I yelled " I need My food.." After disappearing to the back he finally unlocked the door and apologized...they were shut down early because the "system" went out...but Had time to make My Lukewarm rubbery Pizza and unmelted Spinach cheesy bread....Lesson learned. I'll will go anywhere but Here for Anything Again."

"Food was good but we ordered at store and was told 15 mins so we stood outside the big window and it was late, nobody there and food got done and he walked by the window over and over again and never pecked on window and motioned for us it was ready finally just walked back in and it’s sitting on counter ready. Was thinking damn bro u seen us standing here all he had to do was reach arm out and knock on the window and wave us inside but guess he was going to let us stand there all night long. Food was good though, always is at this location"

"Always clean, cordial with customers, and timely. We order pizza from here probably once a week. GF Crust for my wife is available. They go the extra mile to decorate the store during holidays and greet my small children with a lollipop when we go in there."

"Ordered a spinach & feta and someone else must have gotten my order in a mix up. Called and asked for a credit for the pizza rather than wait for another as I ordered 2 and 1 was right. Instead, they wanted a picture of the wrong pizza? I guess folks are hustling Domino's out of pizza's so they require evidence. I mean they already have my info as a loyalty customer. Understood they are probably busy and I thought I was helping them out by asking for the credit. This does not lend to the customer experience. Here you go folks..... no thin crust, spinach or feta here...."
