"Twice I ordered in the drive thru line and had to park to wait on my food to be made. They forgot about my order. Twice. On two separate occasions. When I went inside to remind them about my food I saw an employee drop a sauce container, pick it back up off the floor, and put it in a box which was served to another customer. It’s nasty and the management needs to do something. Make sure orders are not forgotten or simply don’t make people pull forward to wait on a chicken supremes box."

"Spitefully poked a hole in my cup, gave me half portions of cold unseasoned food and rude at the window. It was my mistake coming 10 minutes before they closed but I work 3rd shift and lost track of time. Didn't notice until I tried figuring out why they were so spiteful. Don't trust the food after heating up in air fryer"

"I go to the one in Newport in rock hill. The atmosphere is like eating with family. The service is great. We meet up with friends that we have met there. The people who work there smile even if they had a day where they were short handed or really busy and they make you feel at home"

"The special was 2 egg and sausage biscuits for $5.00. When trying to add cheese to one, they wanted to dishonor the special and charge a little over $7.00 for separate biscuits. When asked how much a slice of cheese on the side would cost, we were told .65 cents. I think it would have been more sanitary if they would have charged .65 extra and put the cheese on the biscuit instead of placing it in wax paper on the side. How is giving the cheese on the side any different than just charging the extra .65 for the add on to the biscuit?"
