I was hungry so I still ate it tho"

"Walked in to order 2 sandwiches, employee didn’t even know the different kinds of bread but that was fine. Then while holding our bread in one hand, proceeds to pull out and touch her phone, and without changing gloves goes back to touching the food with the dirty glove. We left. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I wish I could give 0 stars! This is the absolute worst Subway. We live in Lowell and order from here at least once a week, yesterday that changed. I always do my order through the mobile app. it says my order was ready at 7:20PM. I ordered two footlongs and a kids meal. I arrived at the store at 7:25PM. My order was not ready until 7:40PM, which is fine they were busy. What was my breaking point was the bread for my child’s meal was not correct, I was told they didn’t have time to make the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, they didn’t have any apple sauce that comes with the kids meal and the only option for a child’s drink for the kids meal was milk! The drink machine has been broken for at least 6 months. Something needs to be done! You can’t expect people to still pay full price for items you don’t have or can’t accommodate for. Someone needs to get in touch with the owner, Alan. I am sure he doesn’t know his store is running completely into the ground. We will take our Subway business to Belmont."
