Blaze Pizza

"My wife and I were looking for a quick place to eat after a busy afternoon and we stopped at this spot. We've had Blaze Pizza before so we were familiar with the product. Now, I always drink water with my food, especially when eating out bc of health (too much sugar) and cost (ridiculous markup). So I ask for two waters. "We don't have water cups, only soda cups, $2.50 each." FOR A CUP OF WATER?? 10 oz at that! The girl attending me was not very sympathetic either. And then they have the audacity of asking for a tip at checkout! I made a point of not blaming the employee, but these franchises are getting ridiculous with their prices! The atmosphere was bleh, it was about 3pm. The service really wasn't much better."

"Ordered online from this place. First time and in all likelihood, the last time. Taste was definitely off. We ordered a cheese pizza but no cheese noted on the pizza, other than what I assume to be the extra cheese, lumpy blobs of cheese. Never seen anything like this. Very little sauce to be seen. Second pizza with 3 toppings, barely any cheese or sauce, again. This was labeled as a large pizza at $20, looked like a medium size pizza to me."

"Blaze Pizza - the owner of this location refused to give me a cup for water, so I had to enjoy my expertly prepared pizza without the benefit of a drink. I told the self-identified owner who was diligently working behind the counter that *not* providing cups for water was asinine! He said that was my opinion. It is definitely my opinion, but doesn't almost everything business-wise come down to opinions? Where there's a will, there is a way! I don't think my request as a paying customer for a cup for water is too much to ask.. Id even pay a small amount for it. I'd highly recommend the 1/2 pizza M-F for lunch option here, but if it you go to the Camden Rd - Charlotte location, make sure to ask for a cup for water!"

"The food is great, love the options available, but sometimes when I online order from here they forget like 1-2 things on the pizza, which is not a big deal to me since it rarely happens but still. Also,staff needs to know how long to properly bake a pizza before it is burnt… if it happens again I’ll probably lower the rating, but for now, it’s been okay. Will update the next time I go again."

"This might actually be the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had! The cheese was nice and melty, unlike some of the weird gummy cheese I’ve experienced in the past. It was even tasty cold, which if you’re vegan you know how rare that is. I recommend the high rise dough if you like a thicker pie. A random tidbit: the customers there were insufferable when we went. The workers were kind and doing their absolute best to accommodate making 30+ pizzas all at once. If you’ve never been here, the structure is you order the pizza and add toppings like a subway and they cook the pizza in front of you. Multiple customers were demanding their pizzas were being cooked too long, nitpicking and pestering while they were clearly getting slammed. It was hard to watch. Suggestion to upper management is more support for their employees. The pizza is absolutely fantastic."
