"Long wait to obtain two chicken sandwiches. Paid extra for lettuce and tomato but did not receive these. Sandwiches were cold, flat and small. Fries were also cold and few. Tried treating myself and mom for these $18.00 plus meal and was very disappointed. Will not return. Next time will go to Cook Out. They don’t charge extra for tomatoes and lettuce and are served hot and crispy as well. Hot fries are also better at cook out for much less! True story."

"Great food as always... However, this was the first time ever that the person taking our order was not kind or considerate. We couldn't even finish telling her our order before she had completed everything and 'pushed' us on our way. We were so shocked at her behavior, we just moved on and couldn't believe what had just happened. We have never been so disappointed with Chick-fil-A....it has always been one of our favorite restaurants."

"The workers are amazing and always cheerful. Service was fast as always. However, recently I have personally been noticing that the chicken hasn't been super great. I usually get an 8 count chicken nugget meal and past two times I got it there were multiple nuggets that were fatty. Today I got the 4 piece chicken tender meal thinking those might be a little better and they were worse. They seemed undercooked and fatty as well."

"You know the food is going to be awesome. The service is friendly, fast, and fantastic! They tear through a huge line of cars on the drive-thru very quickly. Inside, we placed a large order and our food was delivered to our table almost as fast as we could sit down. They gave us extra sauce and extra pickles at no charge. The bathroom was clean. They have automatic trash cans that open as you approach. The staff seem very well trained, efficient, and friendly. Entrance is via Ashley loop or through the home Depot parking lot."
