"Went here for date night with my wife. It took 40 minutes for our order to be taken and 20 minutes for our food to come out. Once it did, both of our dishes were cold. We asked them to reheat it which took almost another 10 min. Maybe they were understaffed for how busy the night was (I don't feel like it was that busy) but even then it was a very disappointing visit. The food tasted good but not good enough to have to wait over an hour to eat it."
"First time here and the food was excellent. I got sweet chili crispy shrimp and it was really good."
"Stopped in for dinner and was greeted by the staff immediately. It took a moment for the server to make it to us but it seemed as if we just came before the dinner crowd showed up. I had a deep desire for sweet and sour chicken so when I saw it on the menu I had to go for it. Overall the food was very flavorful and well put together. The restaurant is located at the end of a shopping plaza. They tried to make the restaurant feel cozy with the decorations. Seating inside for about 40 guests and outdoor seating for maybe 12. Will visit again when I am feeling Thai."
"My husband and I took a quick getaway to Myrtle Beach. I had a seafood feast last night so we were determined to find vegan options for him today. We chose to visit Thai Season and I’m so glad we did. It was a good choice to satisfy his vegan requirements and to get something a carnivore like me could enjoy. He ordered the basil eggplant and I ordered the Thai Season Fried Rice. The meal was superb; very flavorful. The servers, especially Paw, were kind and hospitable and we enjoyed the entire experience. We will definitely return and encourage others to give it a try. You will not be disappointed."
"I took my fiance here for her first taste of Thai food based on positive reviews. We walked in and it looked like a ghost town. We waited for some time before anyone came from the back to greet us and seat us. Looking around I notice that the place is really filthy and so dark you can barely see. I could only see the filth and dirt because it reflected the window light from across the restaurant. Once the waitress finally came to take our order she was very unfriendly and didn't seem to care if we ordered or not. The Chicken Satay was not great but the soups were very good. After the soups everything was greasy and just didn't taste very good. Another reason we visited was to try the rolled ice cream they advertise so heavily but there was a sign on the door that they no longer serve that or the bubble tea. It wasn't a great first experience for my fiancee and I definitely wouldn't come back. I'm very surprised that the rating was so high because that definitely wasn't what we experienced."
