"I originally placed my order at 7:30pm on 9/25/2023, to be delivered at 8:30pm. As time went on my food never arrived. I called and the person I talked to said the order had been delivered. After assuring them it wasn't delivered to me, they made my order again and sent it out. I finally got my food at 9:45pm or so and it was wrong. I ordered a medium meat lovers and a chocolate chip cookie with a Pepsi. When the order came my cookie which was $9 by itself was nowhere to be found. The delivery driver said they didn't know and all they do is deliver. I was handed a receipt that had nothing but multiple zeros on it. Since it was so late they were closed so I couldn't call again to inquire about this horrible order and poor customer service I paid $34 for."

"I will spare you all the details of what happened and concentrate on the management, or should I say lack of. An issue happened with our order and Papa John's was handling three resolution of the issue satisfactorily until I spoke with an older female employee, which I assume was the manager from the way she interjected herself into my conversation with another employee. This lady believes"managing" means to pass blame to others instead of handling the situation and finding out why it happened and correcting the main issue. As a local, there are way too many other pizza options at our fingertips."

"Although pizzas were not well done as requested, four large pizzas were cooked and ready for pickup within 30 minutes of ordering. Pizzas were hot and the young lady at the front counter was pleasant."
