Domino's Pizza 4755 South Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28217

"People please do not eat from this place. Sorry I didn't take pictures. None of the workers had on gloves. They were making pizzas with their bare hands. Disgusting, I placed a pick up order which I arrived almost forty mins after I ordered online. I walk in an the cashier tells me my food would be coming up shortly. I wait another fifteen mins an asked them where is my food. The manager tells me that the system has been slow or acting up but my food is about to be made next. I tell him I need my money back on my card, which he tells me it will take up to 45 business days. I'm like wow okay. I notice that all there orders are going out on deliveries and pick up order people have to sit for over an hour to get their bare handed made pizzas. Disgusting establishment. Put in a complaint to corporate and the no better than the bull jive business they're putting out to customers. I recommend not eating here at any cost for your own safety people"

"They kill it every time at this Domino’s. My order is always piping hot and fresh, whether I order delivery or pickup. The store is always super clean and a happy atmosphere. The employees are always super nice and willing to go the extra mile to make your order right every time. Thank you!!"

"This evening, I ordered a pizza and after waiting 1.5 hours, the app stated that my order had been delivered; yet, I had received nothing. I called and was informed that the driver was still in the area and my pizza should still be on the way despite what the app said. After waiting another 40 mins and still no order, I called back and requested a refund. Never found out what happened, but I assumed my pizza was left on someone else's doorstep. I'm giving 2 stars since the refund process was pretty quick and easy, but I'm finding this is a recurring theme in Charlotte with the major chains. Pizzas are being delivered everywhere except where they belong. Let's do better Domino's! You all are my favorite pizza chain and I would like to continue being a customer!"

"Give this store a ZERROOOOO star. We got non cooked garlic knots, attached picture. We picked up the pizza and knots from this store and when we opened at home we saw it uncooked. The store is little far from home and when we called stores he asked to bring pizza which we already ate. Now we can’t return the pizza and he is not ready to refund for knots and infact he shut the phone down when we were on call. Horrible service !!"

"I am usually not a fan of franchise pizza places, but was in a bind and Dominos came in clutch. Ordered online for pickup and had smooth interactions. They were prompt with the food and didn't forget the sauce. Pizza was good through and was not burnt. Had great taste and the lava cakes were delicious. When looking for a quick bite, the $6.99 deal is a good option here!"
