I picked up the part from Toyota and Caliber fixed my handle FOR FREE! I haven’t had customer service this good since the 90’s. Thank you so much for everything! I really appreciate it! If my car ever needs a body shop again, no question, this is where I’m going! FIVE STARS!"

"I just wanted to send a big thank you to the people of Caliber Collision on Carolina Beach Rd. I had a situation where my brother-in-law accidentally hit my car right before Christmas, in NY. I was able to drive the car back down here, but the bumper, hood, and the fender needed to be replaced. I had gone to 7 auto body places in the area to get estimates. Out of those, 2 stood out. And then based on when they could actually get to work on my car, Caliber had the earliest timetable. I want to acknowledge a few people that made this experience a great one. Because my brother-in-law wanted to pay out-of-pocket, I was able to work out a plan with Dallas, the manager. He was very reasonable and fair. The second shout out goes to Mary, the receptionist. She was so friendly and attentive each time I got an update. And lastly, my biggest thank you goes to Matt. He walked through the preliminary estimate with me, told me what additional expenses could be anticipated, and just nailed it on the repair. The job was actually done before I thought it would be. Awesome service from top to bottom. I couldn't recommend Caliber Collision more. God forbid I get in another accident. But if I do, I'm calling the good people here for help."
