"Wish i can give a negative star! I was told it would cost $350 to change car battery on BMW X5, which i thought was pretty high. I got a call later in the day w the guy telling me it was gonna be over $425. I refuse the service. The guy told me it's pretty hard to get to the battery but bought a battery from autozone for $125(high end)... quick YouTube search and I change it myself in 15 mins. Highly don't recommend going there, especially if you have a higher end vehicle... they will try to take advantage of you. Also my daughter wanted to get her AC unit fix. She took it to Pat's for the convenience of the day. I told her not to go but she gave them a chance, Paid over $600 and AC still doesn't work. Lane!!!!"
