"Waited for an hour and half for them to tell me they can’t change my one tire because it’s “z- rated” whatever that means. I’m like I just had my tires changed here a couple months ago, why can’t they do them now? She said I’m sorry they can’t. So I go to leave then the mechanic tells me he “figured it out” so i come back in and wait more. And then the lady comes back and says she’s sorry but he wasn’t thinking right and he can’t do the one tire. Just beyond frustrating because I’ve wasted my time for nothing when I couldve maybe gotten my tire changed somewhere else. I’m still sitting here when they told me 10 min ago they couldn’t do it?!? Like what are they doing with my car???"

"The staff is incompetent, never answers the phone( I tried 3 separate days, no answer). They have no dependability when it comes to online orders, and can't find them when you come in for repair. I will mail my tires to a 3rd party to have it fixed next time. Walmart auto is completely unreliable, do not trust them with the care of your vehicle."
"Came in for an oil change. Service was fast and friendly. Would’ve been five stars if there wasn’t oil residue left on my center console, shift knob and steering wheel. Guessing the tech didn’t wash their hands before driving, but it’s all good, it was easy to clean up."
