"We dropped off a car to have the brake pads changed and about 20 minutes in the owner let me know he could not do it. When I tried to drive the car off (it was fine when I let him take it) the car was undriveable. I towed it to another shop and they found that he had stripped 2 bolts and hit the caliper so hard (apparently trying to break everything loose) it damaged it to the point where it all had be replaced. My quick brake pad job turned into a costly repair because of their negligence and incapability. I will never be taking a vehicle there again."
