"Drive thru was taking forever when there were barely any cars! And I know the whole short staffed situation because I myself have worked in fast food, but this is horrible. I came by to get my usual order: large #6 combo & I also ordered a drink for my mom. I had to repeat the order and when I got to the window, my drink was the wrong size & my mom’s drink was a while different drink. When I got the bag I took off because I was very hungry. When I got home, my fries were a different size and my sandwich was a totally different one. I always tell myself after every bad experience with them that it was a simple mistake. But when you barely have any cars and are still messing up my order, it looks like they aren’t even paying attention"
