"I have been doing business with Cape Fear Air, Electric and Plumbing for sometime now.. There has been numerous technicians out to my house and they have all been great. However, this particular time I had a tech named Johnny. He came out for one of my semi annual services and did a tremendous job as like your other technicians. He noticed something different a duct coming from the outside into the unit which was bringing cold air in. I told him it’s been that way since the new installation of the unit like three years now. Well he recommended to cap it off in which I agreed because he showed me it was bringing close to 45degree of cold air inside. Well now since then I can tell a difference in the inside temp now because I’m not feeling that cold air draft as I was before always wondering where that cold air was coming from. Well with that said Johnny did an outstanding job, customer service skills were outstanding and most importantly he kept the customer(me) informed on what he was doing or what was wrong with it. You don’t get this out of many companies like this now a days. Johnny and Cape Fear Air, Electric and Plumbing again THANK YOU for the outstanding service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Chris and Robert were great. My hot water heater of 3 years burst. The company that put it in did not take urgent action so I contacted Cape Fear Air, Electrical & Plumbing having had a good experience with some electrical work they did for me a couple of years back. Chris and Robert could not have been more patient or more professional in having the other company try and see that their installer did not install to code. The other company asked if they wanted them to fix it or have Cape Fear do it, and I entrusted Chris and Robert to do it and they did a phenomenal job. Cape Fear A, E, & P will be my go to from now on. Great job!! Much appreciated."
"I had a complete water heater replacement/install in my condominium. While being deployed this was quite the challenge. Kaitlyn Ward was my Customer Service Coordinator, and she was what I knew as Cape Fear Electric and Plumbing. Any questions I asked or concerns I had she expeditiously answered all. Working in concert with the plumber/installer Keith Eddy, I was provided with the equipment information I was purchasing, which is 100% American Made (THANK YOU VERY MUCH), to what was going to be completed. All the processes went so smooth, and I was always treated very well. Their correspondence was top notch, and I now have a brand-new water heater for when I get home. I am also getting an annual service package for my HVAC and PLUMBING to boot! BRAVO, Kaitlyn, Keith, and Cape Fear Air, Electrical & Plumbing! - Christopher M"
"I use this company for heating and air repairs, electrical issues and plumbing! All the guys are so professional and hard working. Today James fixed an issue with my heating system. He was able to research my warranty so I wouldn't have to pay so much. Happy times. Great service. Also Chris Kinlaw is very knowledgeable about heating and air issues, and Val has fixed my dripping faucets! Thanks to all the employees of Cape Fear Heating and Air, Electric, and Plumbing!"
"This company advertises “Open 24 hours” on their website. I had work done in preparation for a pool to be installed on March 31, 2023. I came home after work on 6/23, and all of my exterior outlets had quit working. The pool outlet as well. The most disturbing is that I have a fish pond that needs the pump running to provide oxygen. I reported the concerns and they did not have anyone available until 4 pm on Monday. The receptionist informed me that they had 2 electricians and they were booked the rest of the day. The receptionist kept putting me on hold to speak with the electricians with each concern that I voiced in hopes of getting someone out to my house, but was unable to get anyone to make an exception. The other electrician (the one that actually did the work in March had left for the day). How is this 24 hour service? Last, we found a local electrician that felt losing all the power to our outside outlets was extremely concerning! He made it to our house after a full day of work around 5pm. He actually took the time to check all of our outlets in our garage and exterior. He found the pictured outlet, which had absolutely nothing plugged into it, smoking!! If I could leave a zero on this company, I would. They charged me $800 in March and could not come out on their 24 hour advertised promise. My house could have easily experienced an electrical fire on 6/23/23… your 30 day warranty means absolutely nothing to me in this circumstance. This is complete false advertisement!"
