"Do not purchase they are not reputable. They do not abide by their word nor do they follow their own business ethics when it comes to warranties. I have purchased 2 washers and 1 dryer from them totalling $719. I should have never had to purchase the second. In Oct. I spoke with the owner who sadly is now deceased, he said it was $100 for the service call including labor and parts. The washer started giving me issues again in January I called and they came out but refused to fix the issue. They make a lot of claims but the facts are no one runs the store properly since the owner died. He was the only one with honor and words. He backed up his promises and provided for his customers. I have all evidence to prove that they are not at all a trustworthy business. No one has any idea how to run the business and everyone does their own thing and makes up their own rules. I am in the process of filing with the attorney general and the BBB I suggest if you have had issues to do the same. Businesses like this need to be shut down. There are plenty of other stores that are actually trustworthy and honest. I made a mistake thinking these people were reputable and honest don't be fooled they are not. Along with their lack of word the staff is rude. No one calls you back and they lie and claim you don't call. My husband and I went to the store and left our information with an employee both our numbers and no one called us. I tried to add screenshots to show the evidence but Google wasn't working. I have plenty including the response from them regarding my Attorney General complaint and conversations between the now deceased owner and one of the employees. The only way I could leave a review was to give 1 star they don't even deserve that. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY."

"Bought a great Washer/Dryer combo and upgraded to a bigger set. Put money down on a Friday then paid online a few days later for the balance. I believe they do layaway’s if needed. They delivered and set it up 2 days early and made sure they worked before leaving!!! I was very impressed with the owner and delivery man!!! I recommend this business for a great appliance set!!! Luis came to service my appliance and did a wonderful job. Very professional!! They service for a year!!!"

"Bought a washer and dryer from them in the beginning of October. Love the set i got. So far so good. Great customer service. Delivery the same day and hooked it up. The ONLY complaint i have. The Delivery guy Louis had me buy the kit to stack my washer and dryer because the set was so big i couldn't open my door where the laundry area is. He never came to stack it. Many calls and text. But never came. He was so nice upon Delivery and i tipped. I dont know what happen. I still would like for my machine to be stacked."

"Washer worked 6 months before it stopped draining. 6 months later, same problem. Now its out of warranty so they want 250 to fix it when I spent less on it in the first place. Not satisfied but at least it worked for a wear. I'm just sticking with some place like Lowe's or something because this is ridiculous. Response. There is not a chance I'm buying from y'all again! Y'all want more money to fix it then the thing is worth. If I get a new washer from you on top of the washer I already bought I would've ended up spending just as much as I would have for one at a name brand store, but it would be under warranty still."

"Totally happy with my services. I bought a dryer 9/6/23 which was in great condition and very reasonable. They delivered it the very next day and installed for me. Thank you Ms. Claudia you and your husband provide wonderful services. I appreciate you both☺️ btw dryer works great."
