"Been getting coupons for BOGO free foot long sub otherwise I wouldn't be eating from here as much. The Subs are delicious, out favorite is #1 Philly Steak & Cheese Sub. One foot long Sub's normal price is anywhere from $11.79 up to around $14 for a couple of subs that have a lot of meat. Then add sales tax and that is expensive for just one foot long Sub in my opinion. Plus when you get checked out at the register, there is a prompt that comes up on your side of the register that suggests you leave a tip! The smallest tip suggestion is 15%! I think the other 2 suggestions are 20% and 25%!! Really?? I am so tired of all the businesses that have jumped on this band wagon of asking for tips! Most businesses that have added tip suggestions actually keep any tips that customers give. If I want to tip a employee anywhere, I give it directly to the employee! I do not think I should have to tip any business for doing business with any company!"

"When ask for alot of mayo when ordering online twice they never deliver.The sub was so dry..So basically skip online ordering and go in to see them make it so you won't be disappointed.."

"Me and my dad come here a lot. The food is okay, the price for the food is a bit pricey for what it is. Your best off to keep an eye out for the coupons in the mail to save a couple bucks here. Read the coupons carefully though, there's a lot of exclusions in the fine print. Service could be a little better. They seem to have a lot of new workers come and go, yet they keep the one lady who is always grouchy. As far as the atmosphere, the music is a little dated, but I like it anyways. Other then that it just seems the workers constantly seem distracted by one another, and they ask you multiple times what you ordered. Only problem with that is most people don't like repeating themselves, me personally as long as you get my order correct i don't mind you asking again to make sure you do."

"I ordered online. The food was good but I was shorted 24 sodas that were supposed to come with the 2 platters I ordered. I tried to call the store but could not get anyone to answer even though I called multiple times. I could not go to the store to let them know what happened because we were preparing for a wedding. 24 sodas are expensive so that was quite a loss for me. It was also supposed to be delivered but they didn’t have a driver so I ad o get someone else to go pick it up for me."

"Went to have a SIMPLE meal, never received one. At a rate of waiting for 30 minutes to order with only 4 people in line? I left because after 30 minutes one ONE was helped. What is going on subway???? ( Management needs revision or REPLACEMENT)!"
