"Placed an order on Saturday including vegan cheese. Eggplant parmesan but replace with vegan cheese. Not my 1st time placing this order. I pick up & then check my order in my car. No vegan cheese. I go back inside to inform them. They tell me they do not have it and ask if I want shaved parmesan shreds... a dairy product...no real help or assistance was given. I left with unsatisfied food and cold cheese. Now, it was supposed to be a MELTED parmesan sandwich. Take the vegan cheese off the menu if you dont have it. I was called bout something else/my other order but not about them not having vegan cheese. Ridiculous. The guy in the restaurant was no help at all. He was very nonchalant about the situation. Truly didn't care."

"When I walked into the establishment, there was no one in front. I was told thw pizza was great here and i wanted to try. I called out for about two minutes before someone came to answer I said hello, and the employee just stared at me. I said hello again and that i was ready to order and he nodded. At this point i shouldve just left, but i was hungry. I ordered my food and sat down. When leaving, i asked to speak to a manager to leave my concerns. I explained ive heard great things, and had an unpleasant first experience. He laughed in my face in which I realized I definitely should have left, because portofinis tastes wayyyyy better. Definitely upset about this experience."

"My husband and I were on the hunt for some good pizza slices and came across Tony’s pizza! The slices were huge and tasted awesome… most places you can tell that it is a reheated cheese pizza with toppings added… but not here he tasted like the slice came from a huge fresh new pizza!"

"Food is amazing. Pizza is huge and garlic knots are great. Service can really be a hit or miss. Docking a star because of that and because their sweet tea frequently is not sweet."
