"WE went in and 2 girls were sitting. They got up and one took our order and the shorter one cooked. 4:30 pm. A 3rd. One came in with bank bad. They took our order, prepared it and then they went outside to talk and smoke. Then the one with bank bag left. The other 2. Came in to prepare for the customers who came in right past them. They never washed their hands but one put on gloves. The taller one with glasses took our order in the beginning .I explained to her we were seniors and didn’t eat that much and were going to snare the large breakfast. So I wanted 1 bacon strip and my husband wanted one sausage. She got disgusted and threw her head back and rolled her eyes around. So they went to stove and I said IF there is a problem just cancel our order. The shorter young lady said oh no problem. Well I never got any bacon. I did order hash browns with gravy and no problem. I will NEVER go to that WAFFLE HOUSE IN ROCKINHGHAM AGAIN !!! Store # 1815 Joyce Brill …I was so disgusted !"
"We have 42 people on a tour bus going to Myrtle Beach. Right when we all walked in the workers immediately started waiting on us. They were all very friendly and helpful. It was a joy getting our food in a timely manner and getting off to the beach. Thank you so much Waffle House workers!"
"We came in on a tour bus, and they were not expecting us. We had 42 people on our tour bus. When we went in to the restaurant, they were there and open the doors for us, all of them had smiles on their faces. They were so friendly!! Everything was done in such a timely order! We could not have asked for anything better than what they did for us."
