"This restaurant has the most rude employees you ever meet. Waited in the drive thru 30 minutes with two cars ahead of us. It is Sunday 700pm and they told us they had no chicken. No where near closing, which is 10pm in Rockingham NC. Instead of requesting that we wait we were whisked away as if we were a bother. How can a chicken restaurant, not have chicken. I am sure the car in front of us was told the same.This has been a problem on multiple occasions. It sure if the owner is privy to this or not but I hope they see this comment. Sorry service. They just lost 50-60$ from my order."

"We went through the drive through at 6:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night. They said they didn't have any canjun pinto beans and no sweet tea! They gave us fries instead! 6:00 p.m. is supper time y'all can do better than that! Thanks a lot!"

"Went on 12/8 around 10 am, long drive thru line employee walked out to every car informing us that the biscuit maker was slow and we could wait it we wanted but she wouldn’t advise it. Numerous cars pulled out. Poor business practices."

"After waiting in drive-thru for 45 minutes I finally got to place my order 2 Bo-Berry biscuits. Proceeded to pick-window only to wait another 15 minutes. Very slow service, although they did comp my order and I appreciate it I don't believe I'll go back until something is done to speed up service."

"While passing through town we decided to stop for breakfast. This proved to be a mistake. We saw there was a line around the building in the drive through, so opted to go inside where there were only 2 customers ahead of us. There appeared to be 6 employees working but none very hard. The cashier took one order leaving ourselves and one other waiting. She then came back to her register 5 minutes later to announce she would not be taking more orders "until they got caught up." How do you get caught up if you are not taking orders? Anyway, she finally began taking orders again but by this time there were nearly 20 people waiting after us. It took 40 minutes to order 4 biscuits with butter and jelly. We got back to the car and realize she forgot the butter and jelly. We just drove off as we did not have more time to waste on Bojangles."
