"So the story begins like this, my friend and i go to wendy’s at 10pm and order the spicy nuggets combo and a ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo. we look through the bag and notice my nugget combo is missing the fry, we very…and i mean very politely tell them we were just missing the fry. the lady quite literally slams the window shut and gets our fry and it is not even barely full…i’m not exaggerating when i say the fry box had a couple of fry’s at the bottom of it, a medium fry box if you will. oh and also there were only 8 nuggets in my nugget box for a 10 piece? they can’t count either. Now this ghost pepper sandwich…no ghost peppers on it but the GHOST OF PEPPERS I MEAN LITTLE SPRINKLE OF THE GHOST PEPPERS IN THE WRAPPER…not even on the sandwich. my friend looked at me and said she never wants to eat fast food again. EVER. that should tell you something. if you hate your job that much, just quit man."

"Husband ordered classic hamburger combo, got chicken. He doesn't eat chicken. Ever. I ordered grilled chicken Cobb salad. The chicken looked like pressed meat product, smelled and had a chemical taste. He went next door to Arby's to get something else. I Picked weird chicken off salad and ate chicken from his wrong order. He asked cashier if they had thousand island, she said no. He asked what do you have, she opened door to fridge expecting him to read labels on little packets from other side of counter?!?! He's a Senior, had 2 pairs of glasses around his neck. Having said all this the French fries were good. We have had great experiences at this Wendy's in the past."

"Very fast service! We ordered 4 meals at the counter and they had it ready in a matter of minutes. Staff was friendly and food was good. Prices from the value menu were especially good - $4 and $5 options that included a junior burger (with bacon for $5), 4 piece chicken nuggets, small fries, and a drink. Dining area was decently clean. They were out of apple slices for the kids meal and only one of the stalls in the women's bathroom was open. The bathrooms weren't disgustingly dirty, satisfactory for an adult, but a step above paranoid level for parent escorting a child."
