"Made me pay for someone else’s meal, didn’t offer me a refund even tho there’s was more expensive then mine. Asked for sauce, told there was some in the bag, and behold there wasn’t."

"Husband(62) went in to order, he can not read. Never had a problem until today. Lady told him to use the kiosk, it had the pics but he didn't know how to take the onions off because he didn't know how. So he came out and we both went in. I ordered at 3:39pm( 2 cheeseburgers,2 plain hamburgers,1 small fry and 2 apple pies) While we were waiting for our food 2 people came in and the cashier took both orders. Also asked to talk to manager and got no where.Got the food at 4:11, no apple pies,cold. Told me the apple pies were in the fryer, which was a lie. Still waiting and then said they were out. The people that was working laughed at us plus another man was waiting on his food just as long as us. This is bad customer service and disrespectful!!"

"I waited for 5 minutes just for someone to take my order while the employees were arguing about who's not working and who is. There were only me and another customer waiting for ordering and one waiting for their food. Finally, a young girl with braids down to her butt finally took my order, rudely told me that they didn't have what I wanted. So I order the chicken biscuit. She took my order then walked off not giving me my receipt or even offering, then proceeded to go get something to drink. Didn't bother giving my orange juice. I waited another 25min. And finally snatched some random order and asked for my orange juice!! I Will never go to this McDonald's again! I am a Nurse and they completely took all of my breakfast break! I will let others know not to go to this poorly run McDonald's."

"Took 30 mins before I asked for a refund keep in mind it was for 1 Big Mac Meal. The manager continued to be really rude stating that she didn't care if it took that long but she was still getting paid. Please don't waste you time here!!!"

"Ordered on the app at 7:16 pm, didn’t receive my food inside the store till 7:43. The fries are not fresh in the slightest, as a matter of fact they are cool and stale. The burger and nuggets aren’t even room temperature. The employees were walking around looking at screens, occasionally making an order and talking amongst one another. The drive through was backed up all the way around the store and the inside was SLAMMED! There was absolutely no reason for the food to have been cold and it definitely shouldn’t have taken that long to get an order of any size. My boyfriend said The only thing that was good was the sweet and sour sauce, lol."
