"Beautiful store. Problem is I usually shop at 2 different locations, just popped in here for a quick few item shop. The store is set up completely different from the other 2 locations. Took me forever to find my items. Even some of the floor staff couldn't find item's. I thought all stores were the same. Nice store, nice staff just not my cup of tea (which I also couldn't find)"

"I visit here almost daily. Service at self checkout when an attendant is needed can be slow, but is always friendly. I knew every aisle, then they did a revamp, moved alot of things, so it takes longer to get in and out now. All in all, a good store. Clean, friendly."

"I went into Ingles Monday Dec 11th. I got a pound of HB meat and HB buns. Cooking the hamburger meat that night, I noticed something hard. Closer inspection, I pulled out what I thought was a bone but it was black and hard. I don't know what had gotten into the grinder. But it was in the HB meat I got that day. I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash. I opened up my hamburger buns again today. I noticed there was mold all in the center of them. These buns were dated Dec 12th, with all the preservatives they put in food they should not have molded this fast."

"Ingles is very similar to the stores we have at home here in Florida. We stopped in several locations on our vacation. This particular location was clean and very nice. There was one around the corner that was pretty trashed though. I guess it's hit or miss."

"We don't have Ingles in the immediate Charlotte area which is a bummer. I'll chose an Ingles when I'm away from Charlotte because they're usually pretty awesome and this one is no exception. Clean, well stocked, bright and with employees who are friendly and helpful. I placed an order at the deli counter and returned after doing some other shopping. This is good customer service and I'm sure it's more efficient for them, too. Why keep a customer standing around, right? The shelves are leveled, there was no garbage or trash on the floor, and they have a Starbucks at the entrance. Fabulous."
