"I was impressed with the efficiency of scheduling, they provided me with a 2hr window, sent a photo of the technician who was arriving, and followed up with an additional text and a phone call when he was on his way. The technician (Jonathan) was personable, courteous and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, provided me with an estimate, ordered necessary parts, and scheduled a second appointment for the repair. Again, the scheduling was handled in the same efficient manner. My appliance is working again and I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future."

"Jonathan came to the house around 1:30 pm. He put on pink booties. And then we went to the kitchen. I explained that my refrigerator shut off on 1-18-24. My neighbor came over to check things out. I thought I better call the pros. So on Fri. 1-19-24, Mackenzie made an app. 11-1pm. I was really happy someone could come out the same day. I watched everything he did. I also talked his ear off. He did a thorough job checking everything. He even took the the shelf out of the freezer. I learned something. Now I can fit a case of Ben & Jerry's Phish Food Ice Cream. I told Jonathan that I used a long screw driver to clean the drip tray because it turns green. His eyes went real bit when I said screw driver. I like clean. I clean the coils in the front after I take the toe grill off. Now this for the ladies. Jonathan is good looking and has a beard. I told him never shave it. He won't. He is too young for me but he is fine. I called Mackenzie and told her that her boss needs to hire more handsome guys like him. I wrote out my check to Mr. Appliance and the cents part was "13" the same # I reset in the electric box. Also, "13" is my favorite #. Picture is in Damascus, MD in 2022. My cousin is getting that today."
