"Had car towed for repair, they had to jump start it, then didn't even check the starting system. Computer diagnostics did not check the starting system either.. Awful. Car broke down on the way home, said I needed alternator and battery. I opted for alternator only. They said I had a bad battery, but I had it checked elsewhere and it is fine. They wanted to charge $1500 for exhaust and I had it repaired elsewhere for under $100. Worst car repair experience ever!!!"
"Quick and easy on Appointment and Process. They brought me back hone so I didn't have to stay onsite. Taylor was fantastic and through. They identified and resolved in the same visit. This was extremely important as I had a business meeting the following day.. This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Hunter and no issues with any service or sales since 1997. Thank you for all you do, Taylor, you did a Great job. I normally do not give a 5 star rating, as I am a District Service Manager and I know the key importance of Great, Quality service.
