"We have a system for our corporate office. Our machine stopped working yesterday. We called and asked for a technician to come out. They refused to send anyone because "we were the ones who messed up the machine. We could wait it out." I've called three more times today and was told they didn't have anyone to come out. They couldn't even give me a time when they would have someone. The manager told me that we only called yesterday so we hadn't been without our water for long. We will no longer do business with this company."

She was intelligent, and explained everything. She didn't try to push me or sell me anything I didn't need. I would recommend her and Culligan to anybody."

"I wish Kayla would learn some manners and sensitivity. She is short and doesn't always understand what people are going through. I'm trying to find solution for draining the filter so it does ruin my drive a second time. She cut me off at every turn . I would like to keep the filter. It helps our water. If it has to come out, it has to come out."

"I'm not a customer of Culligan of WNC. However, I called to see if they might carry a part for my 25 year old water filter that I purchased from another retailer. After getting the model number the customer service person, Anna, said they did not have the part, but she offered to check with the repairman in her shop and call me back in case there was another source. Shortly later, she called and had gone online to find the part at a retailer where I live - two counties away! No sale, no profit, but excellent customer service provided nonetheless. Someone is training their employees to a higher level of service, and Anna would seem to be meeting that standard beautifully."

"We have horrible iron water that smells like rotten eggs. Jason came out and figured out what we needed to do to the water to make is usable. It is not only usable but it is better than the city water we had at our previous home. Culligan worked with us to figure out and tweak the equipment needed. They even came back and added another filter to make the number of filter changes be on a good schedule. Levi the tech who comes to change out our filters is great to. He came and changed out a filter early than scheduled because our water slowed down. Both gentlemen are knowledgeable and considerate. They remain professional yet friendly and kind. The office staff are on it to. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Culligan of WNC for anyone who needs water treatment. No matter how bad it is they can fix it."
